Full Instrumental Album - a collection of beats, grooves, instrumentals, and tunes that represent a reminder to keep moving in your own life. It's easy to get stuck; stuck in the past or worried about the future - but this album is a declaration I made to myself to Keep it Moving. In any situation, any mindset, this reminder helps and sometimes, it can even be very healing.

The phrase of "keep it moving" was a theme in my life earlier in August 2022 that came about with me and my buddy Steve when we were travelling in Toronto, Canada together. The entire weekend was full of big and little situations that were presented to us and we realized the best thing we could always do was to "Keep it Moving" forward. Following this somewhat generic but humorous and powerful motif, we ended up in surprising and fulfilling experiences that would have not resulted if we gave up and didn't keep moving forward. It was a funny little universal thing that kept popping up that weekend. By the end of the trip, we wouldn't shut up about it
